Marine Corps,having re- ported as the relief of Colonel Rufus H . Lane, U . 9. Marine Corps, is hereby designated as the Officer Administering the’ Affairs of the Departments of Justice and Public Instruction, and Foreign Relations, beginning with the date of this Order.
